Old tea trollies in a place of beauty - called Art!

Today the weather was glorious - this statement would have been true if it had been April or October - but it is the middle of November.

The sun was shining, slight breeze and a clear blue sky - perfect day for a walk.

We chose a local National Trust - one we have visited many times before and it was as lovely as ever,  Until .............. we spotted what looked like a line of old tea trollies.

If is a barrier to stop kids falling into the Haha?? Are they having a clear out? A closer inspection revealed a very, very long line of probably 100 or more old tea trollies. Other visitors scratched their heads and looked as bewildered as we were until one couple said "it's art - and they pointed to a sign, but we don't get it."

We walked over to the sign - which I have uploaded an image below - as it has to be read several times - and I still don't get it. But am I supposed to get art???

Still trying to understand the concept we followed the trolley trail - which interestingly, or deliberately ended at the tea rooms.

Nope - even after having written this I still do not get it. What do you think??
